Who is The Chatty Lad?
The Chatty Lad is everyone's career coach. Many of us start our careers by chatting with friends, family, colleagues, or friends of friends. We chat with one another to get more information about industries and jobs we are curious about and interested in. You can think of the Chatty Lad as your one stop shop for career chats. What is your standard approach or method when you work with a client?
We don’t believe in standardized templates or single threaded methods for success. We want to cover every aspect and angle a potential recruiter or employer may consider about you. With our Career and Interview Academy sessions, our coaches will spend the first session getting to know your goals and strengths/weaknesses. From there, we’ll work together to implement a tailored and practical career strategy that sets you up for long-term success.
I am in the early stages of looking for a new job. Is it too early to start career coaching?
Absolutely not! No matter where you are on your journey, we want to make sure the right opportunity can cross your path. Our career coaches are here to make sure your resume and Linkedin are in prime shape.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
To ensure all clients receive the full benefit of their career coaching services and to minimize the impact of cancellations and rescheduling on other clients and our coaching team, we have a 24 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

To reschedule, please reach out to hello@thechattylad.com no less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.

Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged the full session fee.

Clients who reschedule with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the full session.

What is your refund policy?
If the client has a change of circumstance, they may initiate a refund request within 24 hours of making their payment. Refund requests are reviewed by our management team and a decision will be made within 7 days of receipt of the request. To be eligible for a refund, the refund request must be made no less than 24 hours before the first session. No refunds will be grated after services or the first session has taken place, as the coaching process has already begun. If you have any questions or concerns about our refund policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
