Our career consulting service is designed to help clients achieve their professional goals by providing expert guidance and advice. While we do our best to offer accurate and helpful information, we cannot guarantee that our advice will lead to specific career outcomes.

We collect personal and professional information from clients, including but not limited to resumes, cover letters, job search preferences, and career goals. This information is used to provide personalized coaching and guidance, and is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

Our role is to provide support, guidance, and resources to help you achieve your professional objectives, but ultimately your career success depends on your own efforts. Our career consulting services are not a guarantee of job placement.

Payment for our services is due at the time of booking, and refunds are not available once services have been rendered.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client whose goals or expectations are outside the scope of our expertise or ethical boundaries.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To ensure all clients receive the full benefit of their career coaching services and to minimize the impact of cancellations and rescheduling on other clients and our coaching team, we have a 24 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

To reschedule, please reach out to hello@thechattylad.com no less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.

Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged the full session fee.

Clients who reschedule with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the full session.

Refund Policy
If the client has a change of circumstance, they may initiate a refund request within 24 hours of making their payment. Refund requests are reviewed by our management team and a decision will be made within 7 days of receipt of the request. To be eligible for a refund, the refund request must be made no less than 24 hours before the first session. No refunds will be grated after services or the first session has taken place, as the coaching process has already begun.
